- Vineyard measures such as canopy management, plant protection and grape thinning;
- Soil treatment, fertilization and planting vegetation;
- Irrigation and application technology;
- Evaluation of wine grape and fresh table grape varieties and their clones, as well as new breedings for their disease resistance and cultivation suitability under Austrian climate conditions;
- Conservation of biodiversity through collection, preservation, evaluation and use of international, old and rare vine varieties (approximately 400 grape varieties and their clones).
